Questions about rooms, guest house
- Are towels provided in the room?Yes, 1 large size per person and 1 or 2 small hand towels per room.
- How much advance do I have to pay and when?The booked rooms can only be guaranteed after receiving a 40% deposit according to the conditions of the reservation. You have 3 working days from the booking to pay the deposit, during which the rooms will be reserved according to the reservation! The remaining amount in addition to the deposit is due on the last day of the stay based on the services actually used.
- Will I lose my deposit if I can’t travel at the original time?We make every effort that you do not lose your deposit and welcome you among our guests. What does this mean in practice?
– Up to 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge (deposit refunded)
– 29-14 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be paid
– 13-0 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit will be paid
If you just want to change the date, please let us know and we will try to find the most suitable solution for everyone. - Do the guest houses have refrigerators?Yes, guests have access to 1 large refrigerator per guest house in the kitchen which also has a freezer.
- Is there bedding?Yes, for longer stays we can exchange it free of charge after 3 nights.
- Is there daily housekeeping in the rooms?No. The cleaning fee is charged once at the end of each stay, which is HUF 15,000/occasion per house. For longer stays, you can request extra cleaning, please contact us.
- Is it possible to smoke in buildings?Our buildings are completely non-smoking. Guests can smoke in the designated area in the garden.
- Is there a shared kitchen area in the Guest House? Yes, both of our guest houses have shared kitchens with cutlery, plates, dishes, microwave, kettle, large fridge, hob and convection oven.
- What can I pay with?Payment is possible by cash, bank transfer and MKB and OTP Szép cards.
- Is internet available in the entire property?Yes. Wi-Fi network is available in both guest houses.
- What are the rules when travelling with a dog?Small pets are allowed, they cost 5000 HUF/pet per night.
Information about the area
- How far can I find shopping?About 500 meters from the accommodation you will find the village centre, where there is also a grocery store, greengrocer, ice cream parlor, pub and general store. Please note that shops close earlier on weekdays than in cities! They are also open on weekends on Saturday mornings at most.
- Where is the nearest ATM located?About 500 meters away, also in the village center.
